Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette

  • 1 can of tuna (140g)

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 200g shredded cheese

  • 2 green onions

  • 1 pinch of paprika

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • sprinkle of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Slice the baguette into 20-25 pieces.

  3. In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

  4. Spread tuna mixture onto each baguette slice. Top generously with shredded cheese.

  5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. If you want the cheese to be slightly browned, feel free to broil for 4 minutes, not too much, or else it will burn!

  6. Enjoy hot as a snack, appetizer, or light meal.
