Yields: 25 mini bites
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 baguette
1 can of tuna (140g)
2 tbsp mayo
200g shredded cheese
2 green onions
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch of salt
sprinkle of black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice the baguette into 20-25 pieces.
In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Spread tuna mixture onto each baguette slice. Top generously with shredded cheese.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. If you want the cheese to be slightly browned, feel free to broil for 4 minutes, not too much, or else it will burn!
Enjoy hot as a snack, appetizer, or light meal.
