How to Store
Tilapia & Veggies: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 325°F (160°C) to maintain texture.
Cheddar Biscuits: Best eaten fresh, but you can wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Warm in the oven or air fryer before serving.
Alternatives:
Fish: Substitute tilapia with cod, haddock, or even salmon for a richer flavor.
Glaze: Replace pomegranate molasses with balsamic glaze or honey-lemon sauce if preferred.
Veggies: Try roasted Brussels sprouts, green beans, or zucchini with the parmesan mix.
Biscuits: No box mix? Make quick drop biscuits with cheddar and garlic powder from scratch.
