  • one portobello mushroom

  • 2 tbsp chopped pepper

  • 2tbsp diced onion

  • 3 tbsp softened cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp parmesan

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. In a small bowl combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, peppers, and onions.

  3. Smear this mixture onto the bottom of the mushroom and make sure it stays without falling off. It should be a thick paste-like consistency.

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the mushroom with its paste on the tray.

  5. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Broil it for 3 minutes extra if you prefer a crispy top coating. Enjoy!
