Made with real butter, garlic, and freshly grated Parmesan, it coats every strand of pasta with indulgent goodness. It’s the perfect balance of rich and smooth, with just the right touch of warmth and depth. Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • pinch of Italian herb mix

  • any pasta, fettucine and spaghetti work best, follow the instructions on the box


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Reduce the heat to low and slowly whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of Italian herb mix. Stir to combine.

  6. Let the sauce simmer for another 1–2 minutes to blend the flavors, then toss with your favorite pasta.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy your cozy, cheesy masterpiece!
