Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
half a head of lettuce
1 lbs of lean ground beef
1 tomato
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 diced onion
tostito's chips
Taco Seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground chilli
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground hot pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:
Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Season the Meat: Mix together all the taco seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the cooked beef and stir to coat. Add ¼ cup water and simmer for 3–5 minutes, until the liquid reduces slightly.
Assemble the Bowl: In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomato, and lemon juice. Add the seasoned beef and toss lightly to combine.
