Pinar's Creamy Caesar Chicken Wrap is inspired from a cafe that recently went viral for this item on their menu. It combines a crunchy caesar coated lettuce with small chewy pieces of chicken, lightly seasoned to perfection, topped off with some parmesan cheese.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 2-4 servings (depending on the wrap size)

Ingredients:
1lbs of skinless, boneless, chicken thighs
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of paprika
pinch of basil leaves
pinch of rosemary dried and crushed
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
1 tsp light caesar sauce
1 tsp subway garlic aioli sauce
1/4 tsp kewpie mayo
1 head of romaine lettuce sliced
2 tortilla wraps
1 tsp avocado oil
Directions:
Spread the chicken thighs open and season with garlic salt, paprika, black pepper, basil leaves, and rosemary.
On a sauce pan on medium heat, drizzle avocado oil and lay the chicken.
After the chicken has lightly browned, flip and repeat. This should take 6-12 minutes
Slice your romaine lettuce into thin pieces and put in a bowl.
When the chicken are finished cooking, transfer to a chopping board and slice them into small cubes (still leaving bigger pieces for a good chew).
Add the chicken into the bowl. Drizzle some caesar sauce with garlic aioli and kewpie mayo. Mix it all together.
Lay the tortilla on a plate and stuff with the caesar mix that you created. Wrap it up like a burrito.
Slice in half after it has been wrapped, and then sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Enjoy! Afiyet Olsun :)

How to Store:
Store any leftover chicken caesar filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
For best freshness, store the filling separately from the tortillas to prevent sogginess.
When ready to eat, reheat the chicken mixture in a pan or microwave until warmed through, then assemble the wrap fresh.
If the wrap is already assembled, it can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but the tortilla may soften over time.
Alternatives:
• Swap chicken thighs for chicken breast for a leaner option.
• Replace tortillas with whole wheat, spinach, or low-carb wraps for different nutritional preferences.
• Use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing instead of traditional Caesar sauce for a lighter alternative.
• Substitute parmesan with pecorino or dairy-free cheese if needed.
• Add extras like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, or croutons for additional texture and flavor. Some people like to add bacon bits aswell!
• For a spicy twist, add chili flakes or hot sauce to the mixture.
