How to Store
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
For the best texture, enjoy within 24 hours, as the biscuits will continue to soften over time.
Not recommended for freezing, as the yogurt and banana may become watery when thawed.
Alternatives
Protein Powder: Use vanilla, banana cream, or unflavored protein powder. Plant-based protein powder also works.
Greek Yogurt: Substitute with plain Greek yogurt, vanilla Greek yogurt, skyr, or a dairy-free yogurt alternative.
Biscuits: Graham crackers, digestive biscuits, vanilla wafers, or ladyfingers can be used instead.
Banana: Try sliced strawberries, peaches, mangoes, or blueberries for a different flavor.
Vanilla Extract: Replace with banana extract for a stronger banana flavor or omit if using flavored yogurt and protein powder.
