These stuffed strawberry cheesecake bites are a sweet, creamy treat with a tangy twist. Fresh strawberries are filled with smooth vanilla cream cheese, a touch of stevia, a dollop of whipped cream, and finished with crunchy sugar-free graham cracker crumbs—perfect for a light, no-bake dessert.

Ingredients:
10 medium strawberries
4 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp whipped cream
Pinch of salt
Sugar-free graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Wash dry the strawberries.
Mix cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, whipped cream, and salt until smooth.
