The Salad Revolution: Chicken Shawarma and Tater Tots

Ingredients

  • 6 tater tots (cooked)

  • 1/4 lbs chicken shawarma marinated (recipe coming soon)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 5 leafs of lettuce

  • 3 finger peppers

  • 1/4 onion diced

  • bottle of green goddess sauce (any brand works)

  • Nandos perinaise


Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil and chicken onto a warm pan on medium heat. Wait a few minutes for one side of the chicken to cook. Once the side is cooked, flip, and let the rest of the chicken get crispy on the other side. If needed continue to cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

  2. On a chopping board, dice the peppers and onion. Take the lettuce leaves and crunch them in half and cut them vertically until they resemble crumpled noodles.

  3. Add the vegetables into a bowl and shake with green goddess sauce.

  4. Top it off with chicken shawarma, tater tots, and to seal the deal- add Nando's Perinaise on the protein.

  5. Enjoy!
