Honey Jalapeno Chicken

Get ready for a sweet and spicy twist with this honey jalapeño chicken. Juicy, tender chicken is glazed with a sticky honey sauce that’s perfectly balanced by the heat of jalapeños. It’s a quick and flavorful dish that pairs beautifully with rice or a fresh salad.



Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1 tsp jalapeno tobasco sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a glass pan lay the chicken breasts with the sriracha sauce, tobasco, honey and olive oil. Mix the chicken with the sauces to evenly disperse everything,

  3. On this chicken mixture, add rosemary, thyme, crushed garlic and salt.

  4. Mix up the chicken and ensure that both sides are evenly coated with the mixture.

  5. Put the glass pan with the chicken in to the oven for 30 minutes and make sure to flip half way.

  6. Cook for more time if necessary as some ovens work differently. Take the chicken out of the oven, and enjoy!
